Limited Warranty

This limited warranty is provided by RIDGID to the property owner where this RIDGID Pipe Patch Resin and fiberglass liner is installed (the “RIDGID Pipe Patch ”). RIDGID warrants to property owner where the RIDGID Pipe Patch is installed properly that the RIDGID Pipe Patch will be free from defects in materials and workmanship, subject to the exclusions described below, for a period of one (1) year (the “Pipe Patch Warranty Period”), commencing on the date of installation of the RIDGID Pipe Patch onto the pipe of the property owner.

This limited warranty is provided by RIDGID to the original purchaser of this RIDGID Pipe Patch Installation Equipment listed below (the “RIDGID Pipe Patch Installation Equipment”). RIDGID warrants to original purchaser of RIDGID Pipe Patch Installation Equipment that the RIDGID Pipe Patch Installation Equipment will be free from defects in materials and workmanship, subject to the exclusions described below, for the lifetime of the RIDGID Pipe Patch Installation Equipment (the “RIDGID Pipe Patch Installation Equipment Warranty Period”), commencing on the date of sale or delivery to the original installer purchaser. Consumable items sold with the Pipe Patch Starter System are excluded from this warranty. The RIDGID Pipe Patch Installation Equipment shall consist of: Pipe Patch Air Push Rods; Pipe Patch Packers; Pipe Patch Air Regulator; Pipe Patch Air Adapter; Pipe Patch Carry Bag; Pipe Patch Air Hose

NO OTHER WARRANTIES APPLY:

THESE LIMITED WARRANTIES ARE EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER EXPRESS WARRANTIES, WRITTEN OR ORAL. RIDGID MAKES NO OTHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES WHATSOEVER WITH RESPECT TO THE RIDGID Pipe Patch and rIDGID Pipe Patch Installation Equipment, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. RIDGID DISCLAIMS ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR USE OR PURPOSE. THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY UNDER THESE LIMITED WARRANTIES SHALL BE LIMITED TO REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF THE RIDGID Pipe Patch OR RIDGID PIPE PATCH INSTALLATION EQUIPMENT, PROVIDED THAT IF RIDGID DETERMINES IN ITS SOLE DISCRETION THAT NEITHER REMEDY IS PRACTICABLE, RIDGID MAY PROVIDE A REFUND OF THE PURCHASE PRICE OR A CREDIT TOWARDS ANOTHER RIDGID Pipe Patch OR RIDGID PIPE PATCH INSTALLATION EQUIPMENT. No employee, agent, dealer, or other person is authorized to alter this limited warranty or make any other warranty on behalf of RIDGID.

WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS:

This warranty does not apply to damage from improper installation, misuse, alterations, abuse or normal wear and tear. Wear and tear is expected to occur during the normal course of use.

Limitations Of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL RIDGID BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF ANY DAMAGE TO, FAILURE OF, OR DEFECT IN ANY PRODUCT AND IN NO EVENT, REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF THE CLAIM OR CAUSE OF ACTION (WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, INFRINGEMENT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, OTHER TORT OR OTHERWISE), SHALL RIDGID'S LIABILITY EXCEED THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE RIDGID Pipe Patch and RIDGID PIPE PATCH INSTALLATION EQUIPMENT. The term "consequential damages" shall include, but not be limited to loss of anticipated profits, business interruption, loss of use or revenue, cost of capital or loss or damage to property or equipment.

SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

THIS LIMITED WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO STATE. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG A WARRANTY LASTS, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
